"Simply stated"...

I know it sounds silly, but just think about it...

The talking heads on TV always need a new story to hype.  After the November mid-term elections, and while things were going well in the global financial markets, they needed a new headline..."THE REAL ESTATE BUBBLE".  All they wanted to talk about was the demise of the US Real Estate market.  As usual, these stories influence public perception and create a self fulfilling prophecy.  The reality is that all real estate markets are local, and all types of markets (housing, financial, etc.) go up, and go down... and fast moving markets always need a healthy correction in order to thrive going forward. 

Well, the local housing correction has happened, and the future is now! 

Bottom line... the East Brunswick and central NJ real estate market are alive and well.  Fairly priced homes in good condition are selling.  It's simple!

So, while the Anna Nicole saga is extremely tragic, the media has shifted its focus to what they love best... 

It's time to buy!!! 

Much of the overpriced housing inventory has been sold, reduced, or removed from the market.  Mortgage rates are historically low.  Sellers are better preparing their homes for sale.  The US economy is good.  The central NJ job market is strong.  And, there is always room for price negotiation.
